Yes, we do make gluten free cupcakes. A minimum of a dozen per flavor is required.

• Cupcakes with cream cheese or whipped topping are best stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container or wrap the box in plastic wrap up to 48 hours.
• All buttercream topped cupcakes can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container or wrap the box with plastic wrap up to 48 hours
• Cheesecake cupcakes are best stored in the refrigerator until consumption for up to 72 hours.

You can freeze our cupcakes. Place the cupcakes in an airtight container to freeze. Be sure to allow the cupcakes time to come to room temperature before enjoying. And note some icings do not freeze as well and this could alter the taste. Also note thawing will cause some condensation on the cupcakes.
