Q. What are your hours?
We're open Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM And Saturday 10AM-5PM and closed on Sunday.

Q. Can I just buy one?
Yes, you can buy as few or many as you’d like. Sometimes we run out of some of the flavors but we bake throughout the day so don't be afraid to ask for your favorite.

Q. Is there a price break if I order a ½ dozen or a dozen?
Since our cupcakes and desserts are made from scratch and take time and effort to create, we are not able to offer volume discounts.

Q. Should I refrigerate my cupcakes?
No. Try to eat your cupcakes as soon as possible – they’ll taste the freshest that way. In the event you can’t eat them all in one day, they keep best in an airtight container at room temperature. (Of course, our cheesecakes, pudding, and our cold pies should be refrigerated!).

Q. How far in advance do I have to place an order?
We appreciate a 24 to 48 hour advance notice. However, we do recommend placing your order as soon as you have a date because we may fill up quickly, especially on Saturdays..

Q. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Q. What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our product, we don’t accept returns or issue refunds. However we want all customers to be 100% satisfied with their Clyde’s Cupcakes experience. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please contact the bakery within 24 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to address your concerns. And if you thought our cupcakes were the best you've ever had, please tell someone else.

Q. Do you make big wedding cakes?
No but we do a cupcakes wedding tower instead. Call us to set up an appointment for consultation.

Q. Do you have any ready-made cakes?
We do not have ready-made cakes. All of our cakes are made-to-order.

Q. What do you use in your products?
We use only the freshest high-quality ingredients in our baked goods, including real butter, whole eggs and fresh fruit and nuts. We do not use preservatives.

Q. Do you use nuts in your products?
Some of our products, like our carrot cake, brownies and cookies, do contain nuts. However, all our baked goods are baked in the same kitchen and therefore may not be suitable for nut-allergic individuals.

Q. Do you have anything fat-, sugar-, gluten-free or anything free?
No. These desserts are made to look good, taste good, and they don't worry about your waistline.
